Labour Compliance The Government of Bihar on September 03, 2026, issued notification for Constitution of the Worker Re-Skilling Fund under Section 83(1) of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020.

The Governor of Bihar, in exercise of powers under Section 83(1) of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (Act No. 35 of 2020), has issued a notification setting up the Worker Re-Skilling Fund for the state, to be utilized for the purposes specified under the Code — primarily to support the re-skilling of retrenched workers.
